Youth Engagement Fellowship (YEF) is an intensive Four-week fellowship for undergraduate Pakistani students currently enrolled or freshly graduated students from any university in Pakistan. Purpose of the program is to engage Pakistani youth especially students for sustainable change in society while simultaneously enhancing their soft skills through experiential learning including leadership abilities, effective communication, CV building, interview skills and SOP writing for international scholarships. In the same time, participants will be given special lectures and training on social entrepreneurship, climate change, community service, innovative thinking and peace building through conflict resolution. Fellowship consists of a balanced series of seminar discussions, lectures, community site visits, cultural tours, creative learning activities and group presentations. Coursework and classroom activities are complemented by historical places visit, leadership activities, community work and volunteer opportunities. Participants will also have an opportunity to engage in social service activities after completing fellowship program.
